Spectacular Moorish-inspired entry, scenic views from certain rooms, outdoor lifts with city views

The pool's limited hours were frustrating!!! I also expected better upkeep of some outdated room decor, and the presence of noise from the cleaning staff was quite disruptive during my stay!!!

The fantastic outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the views of the snow-capped mountains were simply breathtaking.

Felt like at home, nothing to complain about.

The hotel features stunning Moorish-inspired architecture and a lovely courtyard, which makes it feel warm and inviting. The spacious areas were quite easy to navigate, making my stay comfortable and pleasant as a senior traveler.

saray has a great location for exploring, just a short walk to the old city. the outdoor pool is really nice and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were super helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the executive room was comfortable, even if it didn’t have the best view.

Foodies, if you're in Granada, don't miss out on Atelier-casa de comidas and Las Tapas de Valenzuela! Both spots serve mouthwatering local flavors. Plus, the hotel has a lovely outdoor pool to cool off on hot days and the rooms are spacious enough to spread out comfortably.

The dining options at the hotel were lacking, with outdated menu items that felt stale. We were also surprised by hidden prices for drinks that weren't clearly signposted, making the bill a bit of a shocker.

Beautiful hotel with a hiccup

So, this place is super pretty, with awesome glass elevators and cool art in the lobby! The room? Kinda cramped with those cot-like twin beds. No hot water or outlets by the bed, which was a bummer. The staff were great though, and the breakfast hit the spot—best part! Just watch out for the elevator. it got stuck with us for a bit.

The swimming pool was a highlight, though smaller than expected, and the adjustable shower head in our room made showers a breeze. Breakfast had tasty options, like fresh pastries and fruits.

I stayed in a Triple Room for a couple of nights and found it to be spacious and generally comfy. The beds were really nice to sleep in. The decor had some charming touches, which I liked. But the room felt a bit outdated in terms of furnishings, and the lighting could've been better. Overall, it was decent for the price.

I enjoyed my time here, especially thanks to Anna at the bar who offered wonderful service. Breakfast was a satisfying self-serve experience, perfect to kickstart the day. Be mindful of loose fixtures in the room for a more comfortable stay. Overall, a cozy retreat in Granada.

The location was great, and we enjoyed activities like skiing in Sierra Nevada and biking nearby. The hotel sells ski passes, which was super convenient. The pool area was nice, perfect for chilling after our adventures.

Our room didn't feel very upscale, lacking the charm of a 4-star experience. Poor lighting and cheap furnishings were noticeable.
